1. All sales are F-I-N-A-L and N-O-N N-E-G-O-T-I-A-B-L-E.
2. It is solely on the customer’s responsibility to cross check the accuracy of his/her mailing address in the paypal account. Unless otherwise stated, the seller will only send the DVD(s) to the mailing address stated on the customer’s paypal account.
3. We will not be responsible for the lost or returning parcel(s) due to incorrect mailing address. In the event of a returning parcel(s), the customer will have to resume by paying a new postage (subject to shipping & handling charges) if the returning parcel(s) is(are) required to be delivered again.
4. All DVD(s) are free region coding (Region 0) and should be playable on most PS, XBox, CD/DVD Rom Drive(s) and/or DVD player(s) that have DVDs playback capabilities (refer as ‘devices’). However, we cannot guarantee that all DVD(s) will be playable on your devices that might not support Region 0 DVD(s) in your countries.
5. Due to the DVD(s) can be easily duplicated, we do not accept returns or exchange unless it is(they are) defective and/or malfunction.
6. From 3., the said DVD(s) can be returned for an exchange within 7 days after the delivery. Then, we will replace the defective and/or malfunction DVD(s) with the same item free of charge, subject to stock availability. The replacement DVD(s) will be mailed via normal post only unless the customer is willing to pay extra for registered mail (the rates shall be determined and agreed by both the customer and us).
7. The customer is fully responsible for a return shipping cost.
8. If the DVD(s) is(are) discontinued, customers will be entitled for a 100% full refund of the closing price when the related auction was closed. No refund to the customers on the postage incurred to the customers or us.
9. Shipping and handling charges are N-O-N R-E-F-U-N-D-A-B-L-E.
10. For reporting of lost DVD(s) 30 working days after the tracking number(s) has(have) been provided, please inform us immediately via email.
11. While great care is carried out to make sure any delivery accuracy, we cannot avoid from mistakes occasionally. Kindly provide a clear photo which proves that the DVD(s) is(are) wrongly sent. We will replace the DVD(s) by bearing registered postage within 48 hours as soon as possible.
12. We reserve the rights to change the rules and condition without further notice due to uncertainties which may beyond control.
DAMAGED GOODS RETURN POLICY
Store88 inspects and ensure all items are in good condition before they are shipped out. If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. You must contact store88 within 5 working days of receiving in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting store88 in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to admin@store88.com Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
