Ordering of Pre-Order / Special Items
There may be a minimum requirement or special condition for pre-order or special item orders. If applicable, the requirements and conditions will be listed at the detailed product description page.
Pre-order events may end early, before the listed closing date if the orders received reaches our maximum stock quantity. Please pre-order early to avoid disappointment. Sometimes, due to popular demand, store88 may allow another round of pre-order, subject to stock availability. Such information will be announced at the event page or individual product page.
Order Cancellation / Refund
Once an order is placed and confirmed, there will be no cancellations unless due to unavailability of goods. In this case, we will refund the amount paid.
